Acceptable stay. Issues arose
narrow winding stairs killer stairs
the location was quite good, placing me near the market.
The stairs were a killer. Carrying luggage up those narrow, winding steps seemed like a punishment i didn't deserve. it seemed like i was climbing a ladder, not walking to my room. no lift at all.

The room was spacious for a couple and it included a nice canal view. The staff were always available to help and answer our questions. We were able to leave our bags with the front desk before check-in so we could explore the area.
The hotel has no elevator, a bit difficult with heavy luggage.

The lounge offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon. This. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Service was prompt.
Location

The hotel is within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, a major plus for museum lovers. The metro station is also easily accessible, allowing easy trips into the city center. The area felt quiet, and safe.
